I loved what I played of Far Cry 2 and if I had actually finished it I probably would have pre ordered 3. But as it is my backlog is too insane to justify buying anything new right now. (Dirt cheap indie bundles are exempt to this rule.)
But speaking of pre-orders I HAVE made. I can't wait for the following games I've helped kickstart:
Shadowrun Returns Wasteland 2 and Project Eternity (new Obsidian RPG).
Seriously, these games look to be awesome. And I have sweet sweet swag coming for the first two on the list.

As far as Indie games go I REALLY look forward to Starbound. It's kinda like Terraria, only there's tons of planets you can visit, sci fi setting, the aforementioned planets are all procedurally generated... It looks like a fantastic game. Also, Doom II with Community Chest 4 and Brutal Doom v.17, soooo much better to play now that I have a mouse.

since people are still waiting on Far Cry 3 I'll hold off on all the awesome features and stuff.
Like backstabbing a person, pulling the grenade pin from his belt, kicking him into a group of his friends and watching him explode.
Playing some Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.

How did you get it early anyways? Your profile says you're in Utah, but the game isn't out till the 4th, unless you're just joking and live in Europe, which gets it on the 29th.

I picked up my copy at Wal-mart, sometimes they'll break street dates unknowingly.
I picked up Mechassault 2 a week before it was scheduled to be released.

Ninja'd, gawd Yut, you and your EB- Wait, we're Canadian. Damn our EB Games. since people are still waiting on Far Cry 3 I'll hold off on all the awesome features and stuff.

God bless your despicable lying. Could never beat Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, enemy force users cheat like all hell and frigging Rodian snipers with their disruptor rifles. But damn it felt good to kick ass with the force.

Currently playing Bully and rather enjoying it. I've also got Dark Souls, Kingdoms of Amalur, and both Batman: Arkham games waiting to be beaten. Damned Black Friday sales, causing me to buy more games than I can play...

The only downside I have with Far Cry 3 is the lack of variation of weapons.

Bully was one of my favorite games I've played in the last few years. It stands alone amongst games I played in the last decade being the only one I've played from start to 100% completion three times (twice on ps2 when it was first released abd again on 360).

For whatever reason I just could not get into that game, I got it on 360, played about an hour or two worth, and just really didn't want to play anymore, so I took it back.

You know, I think I might be okay with this. Realistic games have always annoyed the shit out of me because all of the guns with their slight tweaks and differences (This one is an M4 and this one is an AK and this one is an M4 with a vertical grip), while realistic, mean fucking nothing to average "I've never shot a gun in my life because they make me nervous" joe. So, finally, I don't have to pretend to care if I'm carrying one gun or another, all I need is "Assault rifle, Shotgun, pistol".

Cades on Puzzle Pirates Meridian Ocean, 7k per seg and I pinballed between teams and sides, only caring for the money. Don't know who I'm fighting for but dat pay Bully was one of my favorite games I've played in the last few years. Not a game I would 100% but would gladly replay it once it stops being so fresh in my mind. And that biking tune, that just made me bike everywhere.

Getting back into Minecraft. Installed the Extra-Biomes mod. Really makes a huge difference to the biomes and adds some more color to the game.
