Dynasty Warriors 3, the guy I'm trying to protect runs into danger after I commit genocide for him. And after I got some good loot. Hate it when your protectees decide to be a hero.

There is some really REALLY bad game design in dark souls, mainly in the online functions. Like, you can be playing, and some random player can "Invade" you, and it's not scaled to your level, so you'll often have some high level, totally OP dude come in and demolish you, yeah, as if the game wasn't hard enough, right? The co op uses some weird ass joining system where you have to purchase an item in game and use it to set up a co op marker to join, I tried last night with a friend but his marker never showed up so I couldn't play with him, and then if you join an xbox live party it boots you out of the game so it can disable online features. I wouldn't mind this so much if I could disable the Invading thing, but you can't, there's no option to disable any of the online features unless you join an xbox live party, or you just disconnect the console from the internet.

Dark Souls isn't a game that you can play with friends. It's the world's most single player multiplayer game. And as for the invasions, yeah, it's really stupid, I always exited and re-entered the game whenever I was invaded.

Gez, your taste in gaming is among the best of the TZH forumites.
And for Etrian Odyssey 3, what gamebreaking class combos are you doing? The Dark Spire, how far are you? 4th floor? The time where magic starts to overshadow melee or floor 6, floor 7, the one with the Venom Dragons of beating the fuck out of your party?

For the first answer.
On the Front lines I got a Hoplite, Monk and Princess
On the back line Zodia and Farmer. Don't really know any strategems but I heard having a farmer is a life saver.
and on Dark Spire I'm still working on the first dungeon leveling my guys up, this game is hard as hell.

Super Mario World on my Retro Duo console. Hnnghhh so much nostalgia. I just got past the forest area. Also, just tried out the new indie game "Perspective", very fun and creative first person puzzle game, give it a try, it's free! EDIT: More Dark Souls. This is how I feel after playing some Skyrim This is how I feel after playing some Dark Souls

Played some Metro yesterday, I am now as far on the PC as I was on the XBox. Which is to say in the bar at Riga which is right after Artyom's first trip through the tunnels. It does look awesome on the PC.

I got the DLC that adds the Ranger Mode, I may have to try that after I beat the game.

Same. I'm curious.
And playing Metro always makes me want to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The reverse is also true.

I've been playing Minecraft again lately and downloaded the Feed The Beast mod pack. It adds so much stuff and I finally started to figure out how some of the machines work.

So many hours dropped into this game.

The redheaded Monk reminded me of Ranma and barely choose her over the badass old man. Zodiac can be easily broken once you get the multi-class and should only be broken on your second playthrough. Can't remember anything about the Farmer though. The Dark Spire, the difficulty was like it was playing speed bag with your nutsack. Wait until you get to the puzzles, they range from semi-tricky to "The fuck is this shit".

Having a farmer in the group has made getting money so much easier, plus there ability to zap back to base makes things easy if shit hits the fan. Also I'm able to beat the FOEs on the second level. Also are Ninja's pretty good? Been leveling one up.
