Dungeons of Dredmor, nothing like a bit of hubris to send you six feet under. Underestimated a clone that dealt 3x the damage of his previous attack to finish off a god of slaughter and my heroic heroine of a crossbow goddess met her match through a fault on my part. The former one was a bitch with the RNG but the archer one fought a good fight. Even on Dwarven there's a Monster Zoo on every level. But my Axe-Wielding Berserker took it down with ease. All three of them and without running away. Ridiculously powerful when you can just attack attack attack FOR CROM and not have to worry much about HP. But next time I see a Monster Zoo, it's getting a Nuked Arrow right in the center of it all. God I love it, but progress is slow for me. As long as it's not like the first game I will be content.
The second is more different from the first than the third is to the second, and still sure you'll enjoy the second the most out of the original trilogy.

So today, as I said earlier, I got Dark Souls again, but along with that I caved in and got a 32gb Memory Card for my Vita, $50 PSN card, and a new Halo 4 360 controller (The black controller the console came with was kinda starting to wear down, right stick was getting kinda loose and would make squeaky noises, annoying). And with that $50 card I bought Monster Hunter Freedom unite, Locoroco, Resident Evil 2 and 3, and Odd World Stranger's Wrath, my Vita is loaded with fun. EDIT: Playing Dark Souls. Time to fuck shit up. Or get my shit fucked up. Either one.

Dark Souls reminds me Shiren in a way. I know I'm going to die so I try to do it strategically. For instance racing through the cemetery grabbing all the shit I could, dodging skeletons and GIANT skeletons until I made it back to the entrance where I predictably died but where I could safely retrieve my experience. I got a kick ass sword that lets me one shot pretty much everything but the skeletons.
I have a good system going between Dead Island and this, when I get pissed off to the point of rage quitting I swap games.

Get it.
I've been playing a lot of chivalry. Pretty good.

I'm not sure if you're a fan of the original XCOM, but I have a friend who is hardcore into the original games and loves the new one.

There are some fairly annoying bugs, but they're only annoying, not game ruining. Well, sometimes they are.
Sometimes the soldiers take the "watch" part of overwatch a little too seriously.

Good ol' Dungeons of Dredmor, must have put in at least 25 hours since I started it two weeks ago. Game's addicting like Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup or Elona, and just as good.

Fire Emblem Awakening, so far I'm liking it. But I'm having a hard time accepting the new armor design for the Knights/Generals and the whole tippy toe thing is weird.

More Sly. Is... Is Carmelita Fox's character model bigger than Sly's? In those few chase levels with her, her model looks huge in comparison.
EDIT: Sly Cooper is one of the most terrible games I have ever had the misfortune of playing, and I am legitimately surprised it got the reviews and sales necessary to warrant a sequel. It has too much terrible video game logic, overly formulaic gameplay, and horrible design choices with lots of bugs. I'm just glad to hear the sequel improves vastly on the original.

I never played the Sly Cooper games, maybe the furry demographic carried the first one?

I say old chap, your taste is quite ho-hum, absolutely dreadful good sir I thought it was a pretty good game: stealth-light and not over-reliant on not being seen, some solid platforming elements with a few mishaps here and there, bosses that batted overall above average with a few stinkers, nice art style and plenty of charm and the chase scene in the opening level remains as one of my favorite segments in the series so far. And no bugs in the PS2 version that I can recall.
