There's never been an autosave in the Armored Core series. More Sins of a Solar Empire, and some Soul Calibur II.

Been playing Mario & Luigi 3 all day, which has been really fun, put in about 21 Hours so far, and I still haven't beat it, though I am pretty close. Now I'm playing oblivion.

It's 6 1/2 hours till the L4D2 demo, so I'm going trying out the new DLC for Killing Floor, I'm wearing a suit and a gas mask to a rave full of zombies and throwing bombs everywhere

I barely got 5 minutes into a quest in oblivion before I drcided to go back to Mario & Luigi. XD
EDIT: Beat Mario & Luigi, was AMAZING. That game was awesome, and it was by far the longest DS game I have ever played, took me about 23, or 24 hours to beat it! Now I play Oblivion!

You must play some short DS games... I've been playing Pearl for like 80 hours.

I lost interest in pokemon ages ago, because the games didn't change and the Pokemon just kept getting more stupid and unoriginal, no offense on your opinion or anything, it's just what I think. I don't know how you can stretch that game out more than 5 hours, my sister can beat those games in less than 5 hours. Unless you maybe beat the game in 5 hours or something, then the rest is spent catching pokemon or something, the 24 hours spent with Mario & Luigi 3 is all story, there are optional side bosses I believe.

It's something to play when you're bored. And I have fun collecting all 400+ pokemon. I find it repetitive, but I like repetitive tasks.

doesn't it get boring playing different installments of basically the same game though?

It's the fact that it's rather nostalgic, for me at least. I've grown up with it, and each game has subtle, refreshing differences, or tidbits from the past. I agree with Hail, it's a 'play it when you're bored' most of the time.

I grew up with it too, watched the cartoon, played the game, had a shitload of cards, but then I just kinda lost interest, people moved on to things like... Yu-Gi-Oh, and stuff like that. Eh, can't like everything. But yeah, I'm sure I could stretch out the play time in Mario & Luigi if I really wanted to, but when somebody asks me how long I spent playing a game, I only count time spent doing the story (Unless were talking something like Oblivion, Fallout, or maybe Fable), and not stuff like going back to get those secret items, or in this case, catch those other pokemon, or other such simple side-tasks. But anyways...
Beat Oblivion, the main quest, still tons of game left to play though!

I've also played Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, FF3, FF4, and several other DS games for a lot longer than that, only including the main story. I've probably played Contact longer than that, and I'm only halfway through.
