Haven't been playing games, I've been watching my sister play Mass Effect. She's so hopeless at rpg's it's funny. Anyway I bought a game combo of Oblivion and Bioshock for $50 (which is an awesome deal here). I haven't finished either, but I'm going to finish Bioshock and then do some Oblivion stuff.

Sammich brought up Megaman Legends, so I've been playing that. I'm already at the boss of the dungeon with the red reactor thing, which is nearly where I was before I lost all my data.

After days of screaming, cussing, ranting, and raving I have finally defeated Knights in the Nightmare.
Now to go and try to beat it on hard mode with Astart..... *cries.

More STO open beta. Basicly, it's everything EVE should have been. Ground combat feels a bit like Champions Online, except more realistic, and the game actually encourages you to fight tactically by including flanking, abilities that make targets more vulnerable to attacks, and abilities that take advantage of enemies that have been made more vulnerable to attacks. Space combat is the same way. You fly your ship, and are encouraged to think a couple moves in advance. just because you took down one part of their shields, doesn't mean the shields on the opposite side of their ship are down, so you have to struggle to keep the week spot in their shields facing you, and keep the strongest part of your shields facing them, and sometimes you still have to swing around so your ship is pointed almost directly at them to fire torpedoes. Fortionately, it's easy to manage where the bulk of your shield power goes for recharging shields quickly. The ability to manage power levels of your verious systems (shields, engines, weapons, and auxilary) is also pretty dang cool.

Currnetly playing InFamous, about to get my final power. I just hope my PS3 Controller doesn't die. I need to get a charger for this thing, I don't want to leave my PS3 on so I can charge my controller.
