Yup, you can get it at the Hoover Dam I believe. Haven't even bothered to visit their myself though. Think you can get it during a quest.

Shogun/Buccaneer with Dual-Wielding/Swashbuckling and Gladiator/Shogun with Warrior Might/Endless Battle/Club Mastery or Sword Mastery is so ridiculously broken.

More of the same. There's a reference to the movie "Leon" (AKA The Professional) for one of the perks known as "The Professional", showing the Vault Boy with dual silenced 10mms, a bandanna on his head, with a small plant next to him. xD
EDIT: Blah, don't even want to continue with that quest because I don't friggin' understand it. >>
So I'll just continue with Medal of Honor.

Huzzah! Playing myself some New Vegas right now! EDIT: Gained the loyalty of the Boomers, so that's cool. Trying to gain fame amongst the Brotherhood of Steel though, it's a real pain. Got the All-American Rifle, which is a unique version of the marksman carbine, in 5.56, with a woodland camo finish, and has a higher magnification scope. It's pretty kick ass.  |
