AP: Prevented a guy from stealing my leaf blower and extension cord today. I walked out of my house to head back to class and there was a guy riding a bicycle across my front lawn. A green leaf blower and orange extension cord were hanging from his handlebars.
I was like, "Say, that looks like my... WAIT A FUCKING MINUTE!"
He was like, "Hey man, I'm sorry, will you forgive me?"
I was like, "The hell I will! You're lucky I don't call the cops!" and yanked my shit back. It was epic.

Well we live a good distance apart, so it's not like she's just driving across town to meet a guy. We live in separate counties. Plus she's in the marching band at her school and she has a parade that morning so she's just running it by her mom.
I AM VERY OPTIMISTIC AT THIS MOMENT.

Go to her instead. leave the evening before the band thing, but don't actually leave. Sleep the night somewhere, and watch her perform. Hug her afterwards and tell her it was beautiful, no matter how truthful that is.
