It wasn't really a remake, they just added HD visuals. Graphics, gameplay, and everything else is the same. The 3DS adds new stuff, has better graphics, and of course the 3DS' 3D.
3D doesn't sound much like HD  But I'm not hip with your current trends, dawg. Still getting jiggy with it the previous gen. Wait, are we still talking about Snake Eater in HD or 3D? And is this a HD remake like the Shadow of the Colossus/ICO bundle for the PS3? |

I'm talking about both. The HD Remake of MGS2/3/PW on 360 and PS3 is like the SotC/ICO bundle on PS3. Exact same game, but with trophies/achievements, and HD visuals. Not much is known about Snake Eater on 3DS, other than that it has improved graphics, the 3D which naturally comes with 3DS games, some new features (Such as using the 3DS camera to take picture, and use said pictures for custom camo patterns), along with some other things.

AP Rehash: PS2 library, just picked up Final Fantasy X, XIII, Total Overdose, Fight Night 2004, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06 and SSX Tricky for just under $26.
Probably don't have time to play them all but thinking of adding NFL Street 3 and Ratchet: Deadlocked for a fiver.
