Hey, remember back before the forum aploded on itself we had a thread dedicated to all of us trying to get together one way or another? Well, let's bring it back. I want to meet some of you guys. Mostly because y'all live so close to me in the first place. I live in Washington, DC area so it could potentially be a good place to meet up and then have some random free museum mayhem. If we all start planning this now, we could possibly get together this summer. c: I'd like to meet you guys. If we're this crazy on the forum, imagine what it would be like for all of us to meet in person? I did have a map thing, but I don't know where it is/what happened to it because I forgot to save it. If someone would like to make a map, that'd be cool. We could set up dates and plans to meet up. Both for us and our European and Aussie people. (And Asia, too I guess. C:) So, yesh. Play. Here it is.

Yeah, I feel like DC is kinda the Ultimatum because the majority of folk are in VA/MD/NC/SC areas. DC's like the halfway point for all of us. c:

I would love to do this. But unfortunately I am 16. If I was older, say 20-Something I would if I could. I could ask my parents, but "Hey Mom, can I meet up with some people I met on the internet in some other country?" wouldn't sound to good. XD

Our school is having a meet-up with a school in DC that we've conversed over the internets, mother. However, my school has chosen me to be the Ambassador for Canada and our school, I am the only one going. Don't worry, I'll come back with American goodies.

You can't really expect a 14-year old kid from the maritimes to go to Washington to meet some crazy people he met on the internet.
Though I wish I could ;_;

I have a small solution to this methinks...Those who can meetup in person, do it. I am sure at least one of us will have a laptop with us, and we can always go get a webcam if said person/s do not have one. And then we Livestream some of the meeting to those that are in other countries, or are too young/old/busy/lazy etc.
good?

I like how that sounds, Boom. C:
Blurgh...If I save up I might be able to catch a flight out there. But then I'd have to book a place to sleep, which will be a bitch to do. I envy hobos...
I wouldn't have been able to do this if I were going to Comic Con, but apparently the tickets are completely sold out. So that's a no-go. Then there's AX. Hmm...I think this wins over AX though. I'll see what happens.

I say we all suddenly become rich (and older for the youngens) and come to good ol' down under >.> Or Boom's idea... *Sits all alone thousands of kilometres from anyone, shuffling feet and looking down*

We may fail alone, but that is better than dying with them, only to be forgotten. I for one, would rather suffer now, than leave this life without passion.

but we love you Milly!!! And my plan is a backup to the instant riches and instant aging thing
@Sammich: try a train or bus, tis cheaper. And I am sure we can all go dutch on a cheapass hotel room, and just basically have a sleep orgy. That is, all of us pass out on top of other forumites.
