PP: Been sitting in the library for two hours and have yet to get anything accomplished. All I have to do is write a two-page paper critiquing an academic article, but I can't find one I care enough about to critique.
PP #2: 'Bout to have a serious discussion with my roommate about getting internet at our house. It's going to result in him either seeing that it's not that expensive and agreeing to pitch in, or it's going to devolve into a shouting match about how lazy he is and how pushy and uptight I am. More than likely the latter.

Jeremy. We've talked about this. You have to display your testicles as a sign of masculine dominance. He'll fear and respect you forever.

dude, wtf exactly are you doing for this job???
Fashion design! I'm doing some work for the company my mom works for at home. Her company does fashion design stuff, and are contracted by other companies to make and design clothes. My mom gets in prototype clothing, and my job is to measure it to make sure everything is done up to or close enough to spec, as well as check for imperfections, or things that could be improved. So she recently got in a huge shipment of stuff from Smith & Wesson (As well as some snowboard and winter stuff from other companies) that I've been working hard on, I'm staying up late again tonight so I can get it all done. I've also put my photography skills to use photographing some of the clothing so that they can use it on websites or brochures or whatever (They never said what they needed it for). It's all incredibly boring and I get distracted very easily while doing it, but goddamn is the money good. I've made about $1500-ish in the past couple of weeks or so, from this work I'm doing currently (I'm still working on it, but it's likely gonna add up to a little over $1000 when the invoice is complete), I also went to a small meeting with my mom as well and did some stuff there, and I am expecting a $400 cheque to show up in the mail soon from that. Unfortunately I don't get work from her often enough to make a living off of it. Also, as an added bonus I sometimes get to keep some of the clothes. EDIT: PP: When you find a good song and decide to look up the rest of the music the band has done and it's all terrible.

Wow, Yut... sounds pretty cool- the benefits sound worth it, but all you have to do is to find some unique twist to make it less boring. Good way to save up for college or a car without taking out a loan.
Edited to avoid a double-post...
pp: Found another shrew in my room and didn't have a container of pesticide to drop on its head like the first one.
ap: chased it into a mousetrap. Score: me-2, shrews-0.

PP: Computer has a bad case of Blue Screenitis, it's a terrible malady that plagues the essential organs and gives it spasms every now and then after start up or whenever it tries to wake up for the day. Knocks it right back on it's ass if it kicks in but if it can triumph over it in the early battle, it has the advantage for the day.
PP2: Never knew how hard it was to find a copy of The Shining in a pure yellow cover. Paying full price is for chumps (Books in this case) but scoured the local book stores (Passed four of them on the way to the University) and had to go out of my way for it. Wrong edition but better than nothing and saved a few bones.
PP3: Dammit Sid Meier's Pirates, why wouldn't you stop crashing?!
