No problem, I hope it helps I know what it feels like to be frustrated with lack of change.

Good Luck Yut, keep at it. My own non informed opinion is similar from what it sounds like your friends suggested. Strength train one day, cardio the next. Eat protien on the strength days and carbs on the cardio days. Also, when trying to increase strength, less reps of higher weight is the way to go. 2 regular pushups where you can't do another and your arms are shaking is better than 50 half-pushups. oh and to stay on topic. PP: Managing people that use arguments that my 7 year old uses to get what they want (in this case using "Always" as "Never" in their argument to exaggerate their position). I don't know how to write a 90 performance improvement plan with the main goal being to Grow the F* Up. rant over

PP: Anti-fame people.
"I plan on doing a roleplaying podcast with some friends. It'd be nice if we got some recognition, but I plan to do it regardless." "Why would you want to be famous?" "...To make money doing something I love?"

PP: Eating healthy, I fucking hate it. Nobody else wants to eat healthy so we keep on buying shitty food, and the problem is I keep on eating that shitty food because it's GOOD and then I end up feeling like shit afterwards.

Yep. That's how it works. If you can't force self control, it's not even worth trying.

It'd be a little easier if we actually had healthy food in this house. And what we do have isn't very filling.

Come on, dude, we already talked about this. You're not going to be filled up for a while. You're not gonna go from eating a plate of pizza to a bowl of salad and be satisfied. Buy fruits. Eat your salad, then enjoy an orange or something. And if you can't get anyone in your family to buy you healthy food, then you're gonna have to buy it yourself, and if you can't afford it, sorry bro, you're going to have to keep eating what you have and start really paying very close attention to how much and what you're eating.
PP: This girl is still trying to convince me that I can make money roleplaying.
PPII: My friend is currently doing a podcast (Check out Lobstercast. It's pretty alright.), and they're trying really hard to let people hear about it. Sadly, of the two who are trying to get the word out, only one can actually spell and punctuate. Six times out of ten, it doesn't REALLY matter, but if you're trying to get people to check something out, it tends to help.

Welp. I think I have some level of self control to not have started eating these taquitos, I think I'll feed them to the dog and see what kind of stuff I can dig up. I think I saw a couple apples in the fridge. I'll just have to deal with not being full all the time for awhile.

Also, while dieting its better to frequently eat small amounts of food, instead of few larger meals. Eating slowly helps too, because people usually get full after a certain time of eating, not amount of food consumed.
PP: I gained weight. and then my mum made delicious strawberry pie. I helped her make it, and it had a full glass of sugar in it, and I ate it almost whole. AP: strawberry pie PP: strawberry pie.
haha, yut, we might diet together online:P

PP: Apparently my version of Chrome won't work with Facebook. So I can't basically do anything with Facebook. It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have regular talks with family. So, in order to try to work this out, I tried to reset chrome a way because people were saying that some files were corrupt. Did it, it completely erased my entire chrome. So, I just spent the last hour rewriting everything into Chrome. It was never ending frustration.
