The "problem" for me right now is that I've been losing weight, so now my pants are so loose I can slip them off without unbuttoning them. lol
I wonder how much tailor-made jeans would cost...

Day 13 of paperwork, 143 pages printed, going slightly insane. But I think I have slain the beast and I'm safe... for now

PP: The surprising lack of academic sources on Finland. Anything about Finland. Anything at all. I'm scraping (read: bullshitting) to get enough information for this paper.

Not sure where you are looking, I've read enough on the winter war alone to write a paper.

Wait until the day you have to turn it in, then jump on a trampoline in gym until you get diarrhea. I know, It's typically a tactic for presentations on Sweden, but it may work for Finland too.

If it was a history paper I'd be golden, but it's a political science paper on whether or not Finland's government meets Robert Dahl's criteria of a democracy. I'm using academic databases and it seems like everything is either too specific or irrelevant. Plus finding English academic sources on the first eduskunta election is just about impossible. I did manage to get it together although barely. Quarter of a page too short but at least my sources were academic journals this time, unlike my last paper where I sited the CNN website. My teacher was none too thrilled with that.

PP: *Sigh*. Friend is saying on Tumblr how she wants to kill herself and how suicidal she is. Her and her girlfriend broke up, I feel bad for her, I know that shit sucks, but she's not suicidal, she's melodramatic, she's seeking attention, keep that shit off of tumblr.

PP: So, when I work, I am put on a machine with a person for a weeks. Usually, a different zip code area, so I know how to do all the machines and dispatch the times for the mail. Well, this fucking time, I get the shittiest person to work with. Not only do I have to do over 150,000 myself on first pass, I also have to do this one second pass. And when the machine finds a mistake, she went: OH I HAVE TO GO ON LUNCH and left me. I've never been on this machine before, I don't know how it's supposed to be. Then, when I went to lunch, she didn't even fucking do anything. She just swept the machine and didn't even get rid of any of the nine pyraxes of mail we had. So, instead of getting done early at about 0530, I was done at about six. I had half a pyrax left when we got another out of sort situation and she just went: oh I have to leave. AND SHE JUST LEFT ME THERE BY MYSELF. I don't know this fucking machine, I don't know how to dispatch it. I have over 150,000 pieces of mail that I had to not only move from the conveyor belt, but also into the new trays and dispatch it. I was done by about 645 and I was livid. I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt and see if it was just first time working with her and work with her again today, but if this shit happens again, I'm asking to never work with her again.
tl;dr: Post Office shenanigans
