PP: Dumb chick at work totally screwed me and the other girl I was working with Me: Hey Kourtney, don't worry about tagging these clothes, we have to get these band uniforms tagged tonight so do that while I'm on delivery and I'll finish it when I get back. Her: okay lol Two hours later when I get back from deliveries, and not a single uniform was tagged, and the other girl said this chick pretty much hadn't done dick all the time I was gone, so I had to call my boss at home to come help us get all the uniforms done because otherwise it would have been 9:00 before we left.

That sucks dude, hopefully she gets bitchslapped or something.
PP: This damn XBox hard drive must be cursed or something. All of the second chance offers have gone nowhere and eBay is doing fuck all with the high bidder who is refusing to pay me. I get that they can't force them to send money but there should be some sort of mark against them beyond just me leaving bad feedback which is pretty useless.

PP: I'm trying to buy a copy of Gauntlet Legends for N64, a game which the guy at the used video game store said is worth about $10 and they sell for $15 when they have it. Average price on ebay? Freaking $25-$30. I mean I guess it's not as bad as the $50 (TOP LEL) the guy at the flea market wanted for it but damn, I only paid $14 for Star Fox 64. I don't think I'm ready to pay twice that for a 14 year old game on a 17 year old console.
PP #2: The PSX versions are going for like $8 x_x*

There is a reason for this. That reason is the PSX version is terrible.

PP: I haven't been getting my mail at my apartment. I know it's not a plant issue because I work at the damn plant that does my mail. It has to be a carrier issue and we haven't gotten mail in like a week. I've tried calling the station but they kinda brushed me off. I'm irritated. PP2: Landlord didn't email me to say I had a package.

I don't doubt that for a minute. It seems like most games I've played that were on the PlayStation and N64 were way better on Nintendo. PP: Apparently there's some new ratchet-ass Georgia law that says you can't serve alcohol to anyone with an ID that says under 21, even if that person is old enough to drink. I can't imagine what the bullshit reasoning is behind this.

The Nintendo 64 was the more powerful system at the time, if memory serves.
PP: Sega announced a new Alien game. It stars Ellen Ripley's daughter. And it's being made by Creative Assembly, the devs behind the Total War strategy game series, whose only real experience is with strategy games, and some sports games. Also, "you'll mostly be shooting through "clones and soldiers."". It can't be any worse than Colonial Marines, but I don't have high hopes for this one either.

The biggest limitation of the N64 was the small memory size of the cartridges. It led to many of the games having muddy looking, ultra low res textures. And I despised the controller, something about the way it was shaped greatly disagreed with my hands, I never found a way to hold it that didn't eventually cause me pain. I was happier with my PC and PSOne.

If I remember correctly, the thumbstick was kinda experimental. The controller was shaped the way it was, so if the whole idea of the control stick didn't take off, people would still have the dpad as a backup. That said, they could have designed it a bit better. I didn't have troubles holding it as a kid, but I could definitely understand other people having issues.

N64 was the OG octagonal ring system. Nuff said. Also, I didn't have trouble holding the controller as a kid, and because I wasted days of my life on the thing, my bones must have been molded to fit it, because I still have no trouble with it.

When did Ripley have time to have a daughter? PP: the constant retconning of the Aliens series. The movies forcibly retconned great comics & books. The games are now retconning everything. STOP THAT. Just drop Marines on a new, fresh colonized world, show off the freaky, and somewhat dangerous indigenous life and then have thing start disappear and aliens start appearing.

To be fair, I'm not sure the books or comics were ever considered canon to begin with. Also, I believe it was mentioned in the commentary for Aliens 3 that Ripley had a daughter. A daughter who died. The best part is, Aliens Colonial Marines is full of plot holes and inconsistencies, and it's considered to be Aliens Canon too.
