but there's 100 mph roads inst there?

No, the highest interstate speed in the country is 80 and that's some rural highway in--where else?--Texas. But the highest speed limit in Georgia is 75.
I hit 92 miles an hour in a 75 mile an hour zone. The sad thing is I wasn't even passing people. I was either keeping up with traffic or getting passed. I-16 is one of the most boring roads I've ever driven in my life.

PP: People who complain about subtitles. Now, I generally talk about English or American people who watch things that require subtitles for them to understand(anime for example).
Fuck you! I have had to read subtitles for every single English show here in Norway! I never complained!
What almost infuriates me is when they go on to say that it is hard to pay attention to subtitles and the action. ಠ_ಠ
Pick up a book. Read. Practice.
I do not have any sort of miracle reading speed whatsoever yet following both subtitles and the screen is no problem at all.
Go and practice reading you lazy bastards! I spent my entire childhood doing so simply by turning on the damn TV!

Hmm, surprising that. Not been to Norway, but in France pretty much all English language programmes are dubbed rather than subbed. I assumed it was the same throughout Europe.

Personally, I prefer subtitles.

i prefer subtitles too.
though all tv in poland is dubbed,
but i remember that when i was an even smaller kid than today, cartoon network and discovery used to be in english, without subtitles.
but nineties were different in eastern europe than in western, if you know what i mean.

It is mostly just stuff like Cartoons which is dubbed. Though that is because the audience tends to not even be in school yet.
France huh?
My mother told me some hilarious stories about French dubbing when she was in Paris. She saw "Malcolm in the middle" and it was dubbed in French. She said it was one of the weirdest things she had ever seen. Here in Norway it is simply subtitles.
...
PP: Lazy dubs. You know, the dubs where they haven't even edited out the old voices and there is absolutely no feeling in the new ones.
That... never experienced it in Norway, but I saw the phenomenon when I was in Bulgaria...

We have a guy speaking the dialogues. That's not dubbing. As far as I know, no other country in Europe does this.

If you talk to MLE, there was only one or two translators for the Russian version of Finding Nemo. (And you can still hear the English over the dubbing.) : D

I imagine the guy being completely monotone the entire time, regardless of who's speaking or how they're acting.
