well, gambling was possible in fallout 1 and 2, dunno about 3, so here it should be also in. i wonder if female characters could whore themselves? it was possible in old fallouts if i remember correctly...

Not that often though. The overall interaction with NPC's was quite limited from what I remember. I'm comparing it to P:Torment BTW. Maybe I shouldn't.
