Despite having had iguanas for a long time, this is the first time I see one do the "crocodile roll" move. Today I learned that an iguana can spin over twice a second, while hissing and aiming mouth at the nearest finger at the same time. (I also learned that buying a young iguana a tiny harness is a good way to learn just how intensely it can hate.)

Today I learned that in Canada we can get the Bushmaster ACR rifle and even the TDI Kriss Carbine. Too bad all the coolest guns are the most expensive ones. WELL I BETTER BECOME A GODDAMNED MILLIONAIRE.

Illegally purchasing them and then some drive-by on the dealer whose on your drug turf? You can get the millions the hard way or the illegal drug-dealing, murder spree way.

They'd still be expensive in America. You can't do that anyways. D:

Do you have to be a US citizen to register guns in the US?

I don't know, but getting them accross the border will probably be very expensive too. Once I was careless and made an order of over 300$ from a US provider. For things this expensive, you get an import fee of doom. Also you have to pay the sales taxes as if it had been bought here.

You'd probably need the prohibited firearm license to bring them here. Here in Canada, Semi-Autos rifles magazines can only have 5 rounds, and are pinned so that they can only hold that much, 10 rounds for pistol, and then no limit on manual action or rimfire rifles. So I know Americans can get magazines well above 5 rounds, bringing something like that in would be very illegal unless maybe you had the right papers maybe.

There is the magazine size issue, but these rifles have detachable mags, so in theory you might be able to import the rifle and buy the mags locally. As Dodom says though, the import fees would be kinda insane. As far as it goes, Stan, I'm not aware of any requirement to register guns here in the US. Certain types of firearms require that the owner have a license (you can't own anything that is full-auto without a special license that is fairly difficult to get, for example). But if you just wanted, say, a shotgun, you could buy it from walmart. And you can buy and sell guns among individuals without any special requirements (that I am aware of, at least). I will qualify that by saying I've only ever owned one gun, personally. So I don't do as much arms dealin' as some other folks on here.

You are spot on sir. Here in Texas there is a gun convention every 2 months where individuals buy and sell guns among each other without any paper work at all. There are also actual dealers at the gun show though where you do have to fill out the ton of paper work and get a background check. For that reason, depending on what you want to buy, it can be cheaper to buy certain guns from a dealer because you're forced to get a background check, although since they mostly sell brand new guns compared to something used, they're not much cheaper. Something sort of funny about one law, is that it's illegal to sell new AR-15s but it's not illegal to own them, it's also not illegal to sell parts to fix the ones in circulation, so at every gun show there's a booth that just sells parts, and of course sells every part, so you can practically just go buy a new AR-15, the law just forces you to assemble it yourself essentially. I think it was AR-15s that the law was about, may have been a different gun, but the stupidity of the law stands.

Is there anything else to do with such a spider? I guess, when you sleep in, you watch it, and when it descends from the ceiling, you try to align your head right under it with your mouth open and pretend you're a carnivorous plant. Careful not to breathe, breathing makes spiders very angry.
