TIL that what I learned about football came from a few hours of Madden NFL 2005.
And that my home team is probably out of the running, and not just for football.
Also recently learned the awesomeness of Do the Evolution by Pearl Jam, love that song almost as much as Even Flow.

Today I learned that because my dad's name is on my car insurance (because it saves me roughly $400 a year), and my parent's share their own insurance, I'm also covered under their insurance, and they're covered under mine. Though of course that doesn't mean that my car is still insured if I let the insurance laps. YAY double coverage!
