i studied for two days for todays test, and i did bad.
for the previous tests i almost didnt study at all, and i got A's, and B's

TIL that 99% of people are understanding, sensible, and overall nice when something isn't right with their dry cleaning.
However, I ALSO learned that 1% of people are totally douchebags and act like it's all our faults when, in fact, it was the fault of the guy who actually does the cleaning.
Some guy came in tonight and was "OMGWTFBBQ THIS AIN'T RIGHT." He had dropped off three things--two shirts and a pair of jeans. In his bag were three shirts, one of which wasn't his. He was ranting and raving and did all but actually accuse me and the other girl of screwing up.
Luckily, our boss walked in about that time and managed to calm the guy down. Then she came in the back and just said, "That guy was an ass. I'd have no problem if he didn't come back."
