Started watching Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and just finished episode 3. Had some deja vu a few minutes into that one, but some real good stuff. I knew I should have checked it out before... And Lovely Complex has me laughing at parts. And the ending of episode 6 was so sweet... I haven't felt this much of a wuss since I saw Toradora!, but I really love this kind of genre.
Have that one on my to-watch list, and will probably check it out soon with your recommendation. But would it be better to read the manga or watch the anime?
(Bleach) Seriously? Finally! I stopped right before a filler season, or around episode 177.
Semi-Spoiler: Can't wait for the anime to show Gin's Bankai, even if it was already seen in the anime.End Spoiler
Read the manga! Then watch the anime. The experience is much stronger when reading the manga first. Also, the recent Bleach filler season was... actually quite good. Though the ending dragged on too long. And Code Geass is quite awesome. The ending of the final season is epic.

Good Bleach filler? The most recent one was The Zanpakuto Tales, right? And only one season of it?
Definitely glad I asked before I watched it, guess I'll read it soon instead of watch it soon.
Delectable epicness for an epic series... I really do wonder how it'll all play out. Now you're making me want to watch it more just for the ending...

Unhealthy amounts of BSG. Adama is a bamf. I want to watch Caprica now...just so I can see more of him being a bamf.

EDIT: So I just realized I mistook the "what are you currently watching" thread for "what are you currently playing" thread, it said the most recently posted in thread on the movies/tv section, and it cut out the "watching" part. XD
Anyways, I watched a couple episodes of Gunsmith Cats, and it's pretty entertaining, I know I saw an omnibus of the manga at a book store, so I might have to get it.

Maybe I should make a neat title to go along with it that references a film, perhaps then you wouldn't mistake it

The new version of The Prisoner *whine* It isn't supposed to be anything like the original or anywhere near as good but FFS what else is there on Saturday night in British terrestrial telly that doesn't make you want to do something that'll be reported with the words "before turning the weapon on himself"? Dr. Who K, k, the Daleks have been eff'ed up again but come on. Weeping Angels. Hoh yes. I mean if you think Mercies are creepy...

Well, good luck with that! *Thumbs Up*
I just finished watching Gunsmith Cats Part 3. Shame it's just a movie in 3 parts, but it was really good, I really want to read the manga now.

A couple of episodes is about all they did. Unless something came out that I missed the only Anime they did was a three episode mini-series in the early/mid nineties. Which sucks because for a long time it was my favorite manga. But if you liked the Gunsmith Cats anime make every effort to get your hands on the Riding Bean anime. It's a single episode pilot for a series that got caught in legal hell and never went anywhere but it's AMAZING. It's also the predecessor to Gunsmith Cats and the creator re-used a lot of the same characters. Bean Bandit is the fucking man.

Yeah, there was 3 episodes, which was really just a single movie split up into 3 parts, it's actually altogether in one DVD. Is Riding Bean along the lines of Gunsmith Cats?
