I made venison burgers Friday night. I threw in two eggs with two pounds of meat since venison is way more lean than beef, and I didn't want it to dry out.
I liked it a lot, but I should've put just one egg in two pounds; I think the extra moisture made it a bit too difficult to cook all the way through. They turned out about medium-well, where as my friend can't stomach anything less than well-done. The only two that got well done got slightly burnt on the outside. :/

Mom is learning and relearning some awesome desserts and snacks like chewy cookies, crepes, and banana chocolate chip cake. My dream of desserts all day seems to be moving closer for every new recipe learned. After desserts day, it'll be back to rice.

Late response, but that was actually the first crepe recipe we've made. It's my favourite so far. We use Nutella as chocolate sauce, because Nutella is great.  Delisisso pizza tastes yummy. Quite juicy. |
