I am a musician.
My primary instrument is guitar, but I also play bass and sing ...I can make noise on a drumset ...but it is to be discouraged, unless the drummer is exceptionally drunk (or absent).
Oh ...I studied piano for nine years as a kid and can still plunk a bit on a keyboard (which I do at least once every five years or so).

Mostly, I'm just a writer nowadays, and it's moving from hobby to job. Apart from that, some (very little) RPing, some Warhammer 40k (less and less of that, too) and vidja games.

Didn't see this until just now. Resin'd be inauthentic. Also, I wouldn't know where to begin. Pewter would be good if I could get hold of any. One idea I did have is solder. |

Thanks, but... 21 quid? I could buy a really nice bronze hammer for half that, 's just not good value. Most of the metals I use for the re-enactment stuff comes out of skips, to be honest. |

yes, i know im necroing, but its about a hobby, and i think that this topic is just fine, ok? pleeeease dont kill me nor ban:D this fella is 28mm tall:  anyone else doing WH40k stuff? im not into playing, just painting the miniatures, i think that GW sculptures are nice (this one is just plain awful though) he still aint finished, btw. |

reading what? and what era figures? Reading fantasy/sci fi and literature. Writing fantasy and sci fi. Era miniatures: Medieval WO 2, steampunk and modern. Although I admit that I killed some of my modern terrorists and made zombies out of them. |

I'm a kind of mix of everything...I play guitar as my main instrument, and have a good sense of rhythm, so I can drum along pretty much any song I hear. I've always been a good writer, but my problem is coming up with material. Photoshopping stuff has been a major hobby since I was twelve, and I just recently got into After Effects and video-editing stuff for Film and Television (since I am looking into that as a career). I'd like to do a sort of LARPing like in L.A.I.R.E from Role Models (it's a real organization), but nothing like that exists in Australia. Also, I make 3D terrain building things with clay for DnD. I try to make them to scale, but they are designed more with playability in mind (plus, making scale daggers and wine bottles with clay is hard). So far they are just the models, I haven't painted them. I have made a tavern and a merch booth for DnD since January. I planned to make more, like a church, a full market (the merch booth was part of that), and some houses, but I've had nowhere near enough time.
