I don't have a problem finding the M60, I know exactly where it's sitting. And I know to use it at the end of the tunnel closer to the safe room.
The problem is when I'm not playing through by myself, it'll never ever end up in my hands.
And I even found explosive ammo had spawned on the opposite side of the platform opposite the ammo pile and the gate. I was 100% ready to get that achievment. Until Nick effed me up.

It was effed because I don't think bots canpick up things like the chain saw,grenade launcher, and now the M60. But he had it. He was visibly holding it, it's hard to miss. But when I took it from his corpse it was just a sniper rife.

Agreed. I can put up with the bots on normal difficulties, but put it up to advanced and they sit around while you get raped in a corner.

I haven't played Expert with bots on any campaign in L4D2 yet. I'd did it in the first because no one wanted to grind through the campaigns on Expert with me. I still don't have the "All 4 Campaigns on Expert" for L4D1.
As well as it refuses to give me "Barf Bagged".
Not as funny as my friend who can never get "Safety First" even if we went through a campaign mele only and no one grabbed guns.

I don't think I've ever cleared any map on Expert. >.> I'm not sure I've ever cleared a map on Advanced.  The only multi-player I've ever done is the versus though. I tried Advanced in L4D single player, got grabbed by a smoker, and the AI stood there and let me go from near full, to incap, to dead while there weren't any other zombies around...that was the last time I even attempted it becuase from my perspective you can't ever let yourself get grabbed to even stand a chance while playing with bots. |
