I don't think so. If someone doesn't like something that's fine and you're more than welcome to say so when people put their work out there to be criticized, but asking for it to be deleted because it's "a waste of space" is just insulting for no other reason than being insulting when you're talking about virtual space that's practically unlimited. If you actually think something should be taken down then hit the report button, if it's not something you'd hit the report button over then don't ask for it to be taken down, it's just tasteless.
