I must say, when watching the original series, this Korra guy Piqued my interest as there seemed to be quite some story there that we weren't let onto.

I must say, when watching the original series, this Korra guy Piqued my interest as there seemed to be quite some story there that we weren't let onto.

Korra is going to be a woman. She is from the Water Tribe. She already mastered Water, Earth, and Fire. The story is going to revolve around her with Aang's son teaching her airbending and her trying to figure out the Steampunk city and the "dangers" of it or something. Apparently, most of the main characters are still going to pop up. Zuko is dying on his deathbed, but is still Fire Lord, Azula is to make an appearance, Aang is going to be Korra's guide like Roku was to Aang, and apparently Sokka is going to be in it, too. Rumour has it, it takes place about 100 years after the original series.

Granted I am hyped to watch it, but after what I think was a disappointing ending to the series, I'm not sure how I'm going to react to the show. I'll watch it, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

70 years actually, and one of the new main issues is due to the increase in scientific nature an anti-bending rebellion springs up. Which quiet surprising peaks my interest.

I've been hearing 70 years, too. I've heard 100 and I've heard 70 and I'm like :| hmmmm.

But, yeah, I would enjoy watching it for the antibending stuff. You know, Steampunk and Bob Dylan's "Times They Are A'Changing'" playing in the background. Slow motion caps of people rioting in the streets, while Aang and the rest get old watching from a far....

I can't believe I went there. Anyroad, it'll be something to watch. Don't think I'll be able to watch it on the TV, but I should be able to watch it online.

I've just recently started watching the first series since my 5 year old son is comletely hooked on it.  We'll be through the series in a about a month I think (Netflix ftw).

I'm impressed and looking forward to more.
