Zoé previously stated that her parents had different religions and she refused to hear any of it not to feel like taking sides since she liked them both. Now she wishes there was an afterlife because everybody is dead but she's too old to start believing so she wants Catherine to tell her that they're actually happy in heaven since she's a catholic but Catherine doesn't want to because the kind of comfort one can get by being repeated stuff one won't even believe doesn't feel honest or healthy so Zoé likes to be a bitch about the whole thing. It's better if she stays an atheist anyway, third panel says she'd be a crazy kind of believer. Run on sentences ftw.  |

Panel three ought to be the lamest drawing of a gun I ever made. I have trouble drawing guns pointing toward the "camera" or just a little off. Maybe I keep ducking in case they go off by accident... or it's a difficult perspective. Which one would be most embarrassing? Anyway Denis is drawing his gun because it's the quickest way to remind Zoé that he's the cops, he doesn't intend to fire it. Zoé easily forgets that SRS stuff still exists. Actually, if this wasn't a comic, this situation would have happened a lot sooner.  |

Zoé is like that. She was all upset when her face was wounded and didn't want anyone to see it, but when she broke the stiches (it happened when she tried to bite steroid man) and they slowly came loose she doesn't care. Of course, she knows all she needs is someone who can redo little knots, so it's less scary.  |
