On my way home minutes ago, I saw a red car driving past. The car had no special markings, but suddenly it rang an alarm, followed by recorded music. The driver lowered a window just enough to set a removable beacon. Also the driver was a clown.
Undercover. Clown. Patrol.
We will never be safe again.
