I am a heron. I have a long neck and I like to catch fish out of the water with my beak. If you dont post this message to 10 other boards I will fly into your kitchen while you are asleep and make a mess of your pots and pans.

An armour-clad fist bursts from the ground and a large form begins to stand up. Clouds cover the sky and lightning strikes around the area and a large figure in black and red Mandolorian armour and a black cloak emerges with dirt falling from him. Two small cylindrical objects fly from his belt into his hands and a glowing red blade extends from each of them illuminating the area with an eerie light. Behind him hundreds of black and red battle droids and clone troopers pull themselves from the ground as well and line up in formation at attention.
"Well hello fellow forumites. Darth Nerd has returned!" the figure says, his voice booming across the landscape followed by maniacal laughter.

Hey Yut how have you been? Sorry I haven't been on in ages. I was living at the in-laws' out on the middle of nowhere where they have no internet and then the school internet started blocking TZH. The funny thing is the reason it listed for blocking the site was 'Intolerance and Hate' and unless things around here have changed DRASTICALLY since I was here last then that is the opposite of what this place is like lol.

Just download the retro stuff!  I like emulators and all, but nothing beats the original stuff. Need me a console and a TV and a controller and plenty of blowing on cartridges. <3 Nostalgia always wins in the end. Kids these days and their emulators for games that cost more than a new release.
And why didn't we get Shining Force Feather in North America? I sure as hell didn't see it in the two stores I frequented.
Wut. Sammich was definitely searching for some Genesis stuff, and M.U.S.H.A. don't come cheap son.

Who said anything about paying for piracy software for games they don't sell in stores for cheap or in general without hunting high and low for ludicrous wallet-raping prices? You damn crazy kids and your batshit crazy moon logic.
Well, I know that five years ago they sold all sorts of used retro games for relatively cheap. So I figure it's the same now. I haven't seen a retro game for any more than $15, save for the super rare ones. o_o;; |

Yeah, I actually know how that is. Way back then years ago I rented a game for PS1 called Einhänder, just because the cover looked cool, and I enjoyed it, thought nothing of it, and then I only just remembered maybe earlier this year, so I look it up on eBay to see how much it is, expecting something like $5, but I find it for around $70-$100. If they release it on PSN, then maybe I'll get it on there, or I'll just emulate it. |

Gotta love how sexy game covers influence our purchases.  Need for Speed with it's hip, poppin' fresh, stylish greased angle shots of shiny cars did it for me to Underground, despite beating the superior Most Wanted. |
