No, but attempting to guilt people into agreeing with you with the passive-aggressive tone makes you a doo-doo-head.
The nature VS nurture factors wouldn't have become so taboo to discuss if it didn't systematically end up in either: - Evo-psych pop-science where someone defines race/gender/whatever in a way that, oh surprise, always flatters them. - Prescriptive conclusions on how certain people should be treated regardless of how they actually behave. (Plus cowardise when they realise that the person they've been preaching to belongs to one of the groups they want forcefully sterilised or preemptively jailed and they improvise an exception for them as if it saved face. If you can't stand to offend someone stay away from politics!)
Now, natural philosophy (philosphy in general actually) is a great thing to discuss with a couple drunk friends, but one should know better than displaying their ethylic wisdom in public, or taking it too seriously.

You can eat the chicken and the egg; together or separate. I'm not much for this scientific hex magic of science. Or philosophical debates.

You know, I think you're right. Sober philosophical debates should be illegal anyway. And cookies where the raisins look like chocolate. You can eat raisins if you like them so much, but for the love of all that is good and holy, don't you deceive chocolate lovers into eating them!

Oh god yes. I like raisins and all, but too many times have I mistaken them for chocolate chips in cookies.

I remember I used to get so pumped in my original Psychology class with the teacher, we'd sit there and bore everyone else by getting all kinds of excited over having a pointless conversation because he though I should be in his philosophy class.
