D10 is a blast, and so is D20. I haven't played much D6, but what I have, I don't really like so much.
Fair enough. The reason I probably lean toward D6 more than D20 are the groups that I play with. I would probably consider D20 to be a much more "fair" system, but to make it fair it has a lot more rules, where as D6 seems to have more improv, so played with the right group the game gets hung up on rules a lot less, which is why I tend to have more fun with it.

I've only played D10, but I think we'll be going into another game pretty soon where we're gonna use D20s, not sure

Not really. I mean, it's not actually a P&P roleplay or anything.

Never played any d10, though I'd like to. Played Cortex (the system used in the Serentiy RPG) which d12(ish), a couple d20 systems, and a d6 game though. overall, I like d20 the best. Oh, and Sunday I'm gonna play Marvel RPG for the first time. I understand the newest incarnation (which is what we'll be playing) doesn't use dice at all.

D10's pretty nifty. It also helps when yer terrible at math like me. [trololol]. Exalted is a strict D10 only game and the hardest thing that my friends and I had to do was find a bunch of D10 dice. Some of the rolls that we have to do get up to about twenty D10 dice. :B

<3 d10 (specifically World of Darkness)
The rules are simple enough, and it's really easy to tell someone to add or subtract dice on the likelihood of their success so game play can continue quickly and fairly.

I've always been partial to 2D10 systems where you can represent the likelihood of making a success on a scale of 1-100.

So, last night I played a pretty decent game of Shadowrun, and that's on D6, and I sort of take back what I said about D6. It's not half as complicated as I made out, it's just a little wonky until you get used to it.
So, How about now you post either your personal favorite game system (D&D, Firefly, Alternity, Shadowrun, etc etc), or maybe your own character and a short description of him/her.

so last night I played some Marvel Universe RPG (the newest Marvel system). It's...interesting. And horribly written. Bad examples, incomplete explanations, and the like are the norm. It seems like they tried to dumb things down a bit too much, and instead of making things less complicated, they made it more so. That said, we think we figured out the combat system, so next time we play (which unfortunately won't be for a couple of weeks), we should be able to simply play.

Didn't you say that there's no dice rolling involved in that?

Hmm... How does it work? Just "I punch you in the dick." "Yep, that happens." or what?
