And do you mean that in the new movie, Taylor doesn't talk? At all (Or at least after his capture)? But surely he must say the famous quotes from the original!
Apart from the costumes and the changes to Taylor, what else was changed?

Not just Taylor talked. ALL THE HUMANS TALKED. You know that whole "evolution" thing that was going on in the original? TOTALLY NOT THERE IN THE REMAKE.
The storyline is completely different, too. And the origins of how the Apes evolved and got into power is different and more crappy than the original.

I take your silence to mean that even though they changed just about everything, taken away nearly all that was good, added more effects, most surprisingly keeping the "Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!" line and kept the ending that was seen in the original, which is better than the entirety of the new version.

The last movie i watched , bout 5 Min's ago i "Teeth" the entire movie was friggin annoying. I realised that no mater how much protection you wear shit can still go downhill. Watch it  I think I'll check the ladies very carefully after this experience. |
