[Cut to James, he is holding the gun close to him, he's looking about frightened, he skims the flashlight about, you see him turn and see his helmet a ways away]

[Cut to Milo finding a secure spot.]

[James is hobbling over to his helmet, he freezes as he sees a zombie body lying face down on the ground, he prods it with his gun, it doesn't move, James breathes a sigh of relief as he makes his way over to his helmet, he picks it up but as he's just about to put it on he looks up to find a zombie standing right in front of him--he drops his flashlight, the zombie coos softly and outstretches its arms, the boy lets out a yelp, stumbles back, and falls on his back the gun fell out of his hands. It gazes at James' mangled leg. It then crouches down and touches it gently, almost inspecting it. James is terrified and shaking badly, tears are streaming down his face as he begins taking panicked breaths. He reaches for his gun, the Mercy looks up and then reaches out and begins to run its hands though his hair. James gets a hold of the gun.]

James: N-no!! [swings the gun around and shoots the zombie in the head. It crumples.]

Milo: [startled] James!? [ties quicker, the wood breaks away and he tries again, he turns] Ah FUCK.

That'd best be you being trigger twitchy!! James? Answer me!

James: [James stands and moves back and out of the mercies clutches, he doesn't notice the other shadow behind him] I'm Okay! I think...I just shot myself a Mercy--is all.

Author's Notes: I decided to take away James' flashlight. Because it's more terrifying in the dark.
